The Space
A great penthouse that will be sure to amaze!
  • Tons of space, private decks, rooftop balconies, private plunge pool, private heated jacuzzis as well as an additional community pool and jacuzzi.
  • All the home amenities you would want because I actually live there during certain times of the year.
  • 7 year old building, so everything is very new, clean and stylish.
  • Resort has a swim up/sit bar by the shared pool.

Guest Access
You have access to the whole complex with shared pool, hot tub and bar. You also have your own private hot tub on your private balcony.

Other things to note
This is technically a clothing optional place, but I have gone weeks without seeing any nude people before. Generally, the pool is the only place you might see some nude people. I have never seen nude people elsewhere in the complex.

Beautiful condo, comfortable and clean. The host was responsive, very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. The pool area was nice and has a really interesting layout that was fun to explore. Would stay again!

We could have quite happily moved in here and never left! Gorgeous, spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need and a few luxury touches. (Electric fresh water dispenser, etc) You have a plunge pool on the roof, and a jacuzzi on your terrace – wonderful to cool off in. There’s a lovely bar downstairs (within the complex) and restaurant that does lovely food – we ate there several times – excellent veggie options. Easy way to the town. Make sure you go on a Cenote tour!

This is the second time that I stay at Intima in Jaime’s Airbnb. The location is very convenient, you have close access to the beach road and at the same time be at the trendiest neighborhood of Tulum “La Veleta”. The quality price is unbeatable. The best part of all is watching sunsets from the jacuzzi

Intima is one of Tulum’s hidden gems and I can honestly say THIS ROOM is a diamond in the ruff. Amazing shower from the pressure to the temperature. The hot tub genuinely gets nice and hot!! The blankets are perfect. Katia will go above and beyond for you to make sure your trip is immaculate! Definitely will be booking this room again in the near future!

Best Stay!

If you dream of staying in an unusual and heavenly place, we definitely recommend Intima Resort!

We will start with the place where the resort is located – the Tulum center, but after crossing the threshold, we forget about the crowded streets because we move to a place full of palm trees, water, wonderful people and an oasis of peace.

Close to the center, restaurants, cafes, boutiques… but.. totally different world. Initially, we had concerns about the location, but these were only temporary doubts!

Our apartment was located on the top floor and consisted of: 2 bedrooms, a common terrace, separate terraces, jacuzzi (on two separate terraces) and a private swimming pool on the roof.

The suite was very large with a kitchen island, dining table, couches and coffee table. We could cook together, spend time together and admire the beautiful view on resort and sunset drinking wine in the swimingpool.

The suite equipment was on the top level! We were able to use the barbecue and many more. The main pool made our time nice after returning from the beach / sightsinng and the friendly barman served delicious iced-coffee.


We were lucky to find nice smiling people who also enjoyed the charms of the resort.


To be honest – one of the best place we ever been.


We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and spend a wonderful time !!

THIS PLACE IS A GEM. Honestly, we went here for my birthday and the place was absolutely amazing! Perfectly private, too many amazing things. The place was pretty centric; everything felt very close to us! (We rented an ATV). The security was awesome; and the communication with Katya was superb. Definitely will stay again! We were so sad to leave, but will be back soon!
